I purchased this from a Mercari shop.

I contacted them several times with questions before the item arrived, and they responded promptly, making the transaction very reassuring.

The product page stated that shipping would be within 1-2 days of purchase, but it actually took 3 days (the item arrived 4 days after purchase).

The item was in excellent condition, and I'm very satisfied. ☺️
I would definitely like to use their services again when purchasing a used PC!

I used their online store. They refurbish and adjust used items before selling them. I purchased a dynabook.

I could sense their dedication to sending out used items in the best possible condition. While the exterior had some scratches typical of a used item, the interior arrived in remarkably clean condition.

The specifications and descriptions of consumables were accurate, and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I wonder if I could have bought it in person at a nearby store and consulted with them beforehand? I would like to use their service again if I have the opportunity.
